Weigh In Day is Here! Again lol!

Well after eating about 1800 or so calories at the Wedding Sunday and only working out 3 days instead of 6 cause, I honestly really didn't feel like it... and I did cut the grass lol!

My HOPES were for 2lbs... my expectations were for maybe 1lbs.



So this morning, I was a bit somber and giving myself a pep talk on the way to the scale... "You don't go to weddings or events where the food is beyond your control very often, the temptation was there and you justified it cause you didn't want to waste food that you knew was expensive... you won't do it again lol  And besides that, one meal does NOT ruin all this work... you'll be fine no matter what the scale says"  :o)

So I got on the scale... waited for the 2nd beep, then looked down.... "SHUT UP!!!!!" lol! "NO WAY"!!! lol!!

I LOST FOUR (4) POUNDS THIS WEEK!!! whoohooo!!!

K, something to be said for LISTENING to your body, and NOT feeling guilty cause you just aren't able to do a workout one day or two days, when you are well on your way!!

So the GRAND TOTAL Weight Loss since I started is now 23lbs!!! Ooooooooh just two more to 25!!! A marker!! lol!

And I will be happy when I get to it, whenever that is  :o)

Had a GREAT Dinner tonight, will post pics and the recipe... Tilapia (fish) with a sauce recipe I found on the net, then adapted so it was a healthier choice.

Have a great week!! AND Keep on MOVING!!!! and Eating Right!! Even if you have a bad moment... don't let that define all your efforts!! OR Undo them! :o) ♥
