4 Ice Cubes
DIRECTIONS:
Put the Almond Milk in the Blender FIRST, then add all the other ingredients and use an "Ice Crush" or "Puree" setting until the ice is completely broken down.
CALORIC BREAKDOWN: (Here's how you do it)
Peanut Butter 135 Calories
Protein Powder 75 Calories
Silk Chocolate Almond Milk 45 Calories
TOTAL CALORIES ==> 255
**If you want to increase the amount of Fiber in the Shake, just add 1-2 Tbsp of Milled Flax Seed from a Gold Bag. (45 Calories per Tbsp) AND! If you want more sweetness, add a small banana to the mix! (Add 60 Calories)
So depending on the time of day and what you are using this shake for... if its post workout, then skip the banana... if its to replace breakfast cause you are on the go, have the banana AND the Flax Seed.
**RE: Peanut Butter ==> INGREDIENTS: Peanuts (That's all you should see on the ingredient list! Otherwise, don't buy it!)
