Almost Crustless Quiche! ===> Recipe!

We usually make this completely crustless when we are at the cottage, its simple, quick and ready to go in the morning... I usually would portion out servings and then wrap them individually for convenience... and remember NEVER use aluminum foil on these babies!!! it will make your Quiche turn dark, almost black!! ewwww!!!
ALMOST CRUSTLESS QUICHE

INGREDIENTS:
2 Large Flat Bread
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Milk
2 Turkey Sausages (Breakfast Style)
1 Med Onion (Red)
1 Broccoli Crown (about 1 Cup)
1 Cup Mushrooms (Sliced)
5 Ounces Goat Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
1 Tomato Thinly Sliced
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 Tbsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the Turkey Sausage from the casing and cook on medium temp in a non-stick fry pan with the mushrooms (Thinly sliced) and onions and a bit of water so it won't stick.  Cook till crumbly.

Line the bottom of a quiche dish or pie plate with the 2 Large Flat breads.

Chop the broccoli up small.

Mix the eggs, milk, Cooked Sausages, Onion, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Mrs Dash and 3 oz. of the Goat Cheese, and stir until well mixed.

Pour carefully into the pie/quiche dish and then bake on 350F for 20 minutes.  After 20 minutes, add the tomatoes in a spiral around the middle/center of the quiche and sprinkle the remaining (2oz) Goat Cheese on top.

Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes at 350F or until browned on top.

Calories will depend on the size of your pan, the type of bread you use and your choice of milk, sausage etc... this will make 8 Servings.

MY Caloric Breakdown based on 100 Calorie Flat Bread, Natural Unsweetened Almond Milk, and a regular Pie Plate....

INDIVIDUAL SERVING: 167 Calories
