Who doesn't like a Breaded Chicken Breast! Dinner for 6!!! lol!

I'll save my thoughts for tomorrows blog/post and just give ya the recipe tonight ♥
BREADED CHICKEN BREAST 

Serves 6 
4 Cups Lifestream 8 Grain Cereal 
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
3 Tbsp Dried Parsley 
2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
6 – 3 oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast 
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup Plain Almond OR Soy Milk

Remove ALL excess fat from chicken, wash and dry on a paper towel.

Place Cereal in a plastic glad bag and use a rolling pin to crush the cereal to a crumb like mixture. Place the remaining dry ingredients in the bag as well and mix them together.

Place the egg & soy milk into a bowl and mix together.

Dip each piece of chicken into the egg/rice mixture then into the dry mixture, coating well on both sides.

Place on a rack above ½" of water in the bottom of the pan and cook on 375 degrees for one hour.

Caloric Breakdown = 156 Calories per Piece!

Serve with a Side of Asparagus! SPECIAL ASPARAGUS!! Recipe tomorrow for this one! hehehe!
