I had such hopes for Monday and ended up having a lousy day!! Workout wise that is.. I woke up full of energy, had a busy morning planned, had coffee, quick shower and back in the house before 8am, went to put the laundry on the line... still full of water, so 1/2 hour later, after trying everything, yep, my son destroyed my washing machine :o(
Its a long story but, bottom line, he didn't listen and it cost him.
So the fireplace guys were late as well, crossed wires and I had taken my supplements, some have to be on an empty stomach but, my workout was NOW pushed back from being started at 8am, to almost 10:45!!! And then it hit!!
The Rumbley in my tumbley as Pooh would say... This workout is biting the dust fast, going down in flames and not much I can do about it at this point.
So I grabbed a teaspoon of peanut butter and a square of pure cocoa chocolate... hit of calories via fat and some sugar (good sugar)...
After 30 minutes on the treadmill and increasing pain!! NO I do NOT recommend anyone to try or do this... after 40 minutes of what was suppose to be my 700 Calorie Burn... I was totally spent, burnt out and needed my smoothie!
It did help but, the damage was done, my poor tummy bloating, cause I DON'T miss meals, I DON'T ignore a "Rumbley in my Tumbley", I FEED it...
So what was suppose to be an AMAZING LAST CHANCE WORKOUT... was a bust :o(
So I weighed in this morning, had I have gotten that "amazing last chance workout" that I was mentally ready for, the scale, I believe, would have given me the 3lbs I was looking to get lol!
I DID get the 2lbs down, yaaaaaaaay!!! cause its always an accomplishment, lost is WAY BETTER than gained!! always! lol!
So I am at a grand total of 34 lbs GONE!! lol!! And I don't say "lost" cause I am NOT looking to FIND it again!! lol!
I am seeing the Family Doctor this morning too, writing this both the night before, the morning before my appt and after my appt...
AND... there will be a Recipe to follow ♥
DANG IT!! lol! Okay, back from the Dr Appt, she said I look GREAT! I have the Blood Pressure of a kid now lol!! And to keep going on the plan, which we discussed at great length. Here's the "dang it" part... the last time I was in, she forgot to write down what my weight was *ugh*
So... based on MY scale and when I started to record the weight loss... I have lost 34lbs to date and she agrees, take it one day at a time, see how I feel as I go and my body will tell me when I have arrived... then I can increase my calories to about 1500-1600 a day to maintain or slightly higher.
We will know when we get there LOL!!
Anyhow, have a great day!! Mine has been a bit hairy... forgot about the tummy issues yesterday, had "spicy California Sushi" for lunch... BIG mistake!!! So, today might end up being a day off and working out Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and hoping for a Monday workout.... probably keep taking Tuesdays off too lol!!
