BEST Tortillas Ever! ===> Recipe!

The Biggest reason I call these the BEST EVER is because YOU make them and that means, NO preservatives, you can use Gluten FREE Flour and they will taste great!!

Remember, only make what you want to eat that night OR for left overs the next day, that way you are not pitching food in the garbage cause it goes bad.


BEST EVER TORTILLAS!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour (Or Gluten Free Bob's)
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Warm Water

Instructions:
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl, then using two knives, cut in the Coconut Oil and then make a little hole in the middle of the mix and slowly add the water.

Mix it into a dough and lightly knead it.

Lightly grease your hands with a little bit of Coconut oil and divide this into 12 equal portions, make sure that what's on your hands, coats the 12 portions.  Now cover with a clean tea towel and leave them to sit for 30 minutes.

After the 30 minutes have past, lightly flour your surface (with the same Bob's Flour) and roll each ball individually out to a thin 8" circle, you CAN lightly pull or stretch and cook in a non-stick fry pan one at a time. (UNGREASED!)

Brown speckles will appear on the underside, use your lifter to squash down the air pockets while cooking and cook on both sides.

You can put a paper-towel between each one as you remove them from the pan.

Makes 12 Portions:
110 Calories per 1/4 Cup of Flour
120 Calories per Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
