RECIPE!!! Awesome Tomato & Cucumber Salad

This recipe is soooooooooo very simple and amazingly good!!! It will be a crowd pleaser for sure!!




TOMATO CUCUMBER FETA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
3 Large Field Ripe Tomatoes
1 Whole Seedless Cucumber
1 Medium Sweet Onion 
100 grams Feta Cheese
1Tbsp Basil


INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash and dry the Tomatoes, Onion and the Cucumber, then cut into bite size pieces (onion a little smaller) in a non-metallic bowl.  

Crumble the Feta over the top, sprinkle on the Basil.  

Gently stir and let stand for about 15 minutes and Viola!  Salad to rave about!!

A 1&1/2 Cup serving has about 70-80 Calories. (Depends on how much cheese you get)


VARIATION: Add Sliced Black Olives or Kalamata Olives around the top after stirring.
