THE BEST PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPE BY FAR!!!

You could also use this as a morning Smoothie to replace your breakfast or post workout... it travels well in a cup w/straw lol!



BEST PROTEIN SHAKE / SMOOTHIE RECIPE

1 Level Scoop Vanilla Protein* 
1 Cup Silk Natural Almond Milk 
1 Tbsp All Natural Organic Peanut Butter
1 Small Banana 
3 Ice Cubs

Measure and pour the Almond milk into the blender first, that way you avoid any of the ingredients getting stuck in the bottom or not fully blending.

Add all the other ingredients and use the "Crush Ice" setting or "Puree" or "10" setting on your blender until smooth. (About a minute)

Pour into an 18oz cup and Enjoy!!! 

Figuring Out the Calories: Scoop Protein 117 + 60 Almond Milk + YOUR Peanut Butter (Mine 90) + 60 Small Banana.

Total Calories for Mine:  327 

VARIATION: for more Omega Oils/Folic Acid & Fiber you can add 1 TBSP of Milled Flax Seed (gradually building to 2 TBSP)  Don't forget to add the Calories (45 per TBSP on Average)
