WHAT'S THAT? NO!! SMELL!!!

A number of years ago when I was a Certified Personal Trainer, I attended yearly seminars. One of the key speakers I recall was Paul Chek. He was always a dynamic speaker and his knowledge was cutting edge.

I will never forget the seminar he did on "stinky poop" for lack of a better term.

Oh he was graphic! lol! Floaters, sinkers, stinkers and mush! lol!

He went through and explained to us that "toxic waste" in the body, stinks! It produces stinky gas and stinky poops.

I have to be honest with you... He's right. I have noticed that before making a lifestyle change... it wasn't always "pleasant" lol!

TWO of the BIGGEST offenders to making your bathroom visits stink are; white sugar and white flour. Yes, that includes enriched flour, which is basically a "good" flour, then they raped it and then compensated it for the rape. The rape being when they removed all the good stuff from it, the things our body would love to have and then "enriched it" or added to it, chemicals in place of the nutrients removed.

And don't be fooled by boxes of cereal that say "whole grains" on them... sure it might have some "whole grains" in there but, the 22g of sugar per serving that translates into being 4-5 tsp of sugar!!! isn't worth it!

So if you embark on a Lifestyle change, this is one of the many benefits that you should notice.

And the reaction... I mean, when you tell people, "Hey my crap doesn't stink!" ya... suuuuuuuuuuure it doesn't, are you special? lol!! ♥
